A vibrant project on Kortrijk's Buda Island
In the coming years, several buildings of the former AZ Groeninge campus on the tip of Buda will be given a temporary purpose. The site offers around 12,000 square metres of space to associations, artists, entrepreneurs and start-ups. It will become a lively place in full development, offering space for cultural, social, and economic activities, hospitality included. In short: there is plenty of room to finally launch the project you have been brewing!

A new dynamic for the Buda tip
This temporary occupation is part of the City of Kortrijk's plan to give the Buda tip a new dynamic. The goal is to transform the area into a true place for meeting and experience. The future master plan provides more space for greenery and allows the valuable existing buildings to shine.

Time to request your space!
Currently (June 2026), we are fully engaged in preparing the project. It is still too early for site visits. We expect these to begin in the autumn of 2026.
However, we are already collecting requests from interested parties. So if you have concrete plans for a project and are looking for a space, be sure to register! We will contact you as soon as visits can take place.
