Circular shopping center finds home in former supermarket
With its 1000 square meters, an old car dealership in Saint-Gilles is home to eight shops from the circular economy. Listening to the name Yuman, the project also houses several hospitality initiatives. They are the first circular pop-up shopping center in Belgium, with a lot of attention for local production and a short supply chain. During the renovation and the manufacturing of all furniture, a lot of attention was paid to the ecological impact and recycled materials were used.
